Pumpkin Carving 2008!!

Hi Everyone,

Last night Tyler carved his very first pumpkin! He had a lot of fun and designed the pumpkin on his own. Barry helped of course, but most important to Tyler was that he had a big mouth! Emma didn't do much, but had fun too. She defiently didn't like the feel of the pumpkins insides. The last picture on there is of them sitting on the couch and Emma yelling her new word NO! as tyler tried to put his arm around her. She also had wild woman hair (we took her pigtails out). They are just so cute!!!!! I'll post more of the kids trick o treating after halloween!

Hello Everyone! I just wanted to update some images. We went to the park last sunday after church to play in the water, but it wasn't open when we got there so we played on the playground until it was. Emma is NOT afraid of any of the slides. Barry was putting her down the tallest ones, and she loved it! Tyler played in the spaceship and went down the tallest slides also. Soon afterwards we cooled off in the water area. The kids love to play there, and it burns off extra energy just in time for NAP! LOL I hope you all enjoy the images

I have to warn you, this video is 24min long!

This was Tyler's first soccer game! He is the youngest one out there. He just turned 4 in July and everyone else is 5 or 6. There are only 4 kids on his team, including him. The kids had a great time and everyone got to play! So adorable! We want to keep him in as many sports and activities as possible. We are also looking into putting him into t-ball this fall. He has a great time playing and enjoys being around other kids. He has practices every Thursday and games every Saturday. His last game is October 4Th, so by then, he will be a pro! Next time I video, I will try to zoom in more so you can really see Tyler, oh and ignore the small talk behind the camera ;-)

Tyler Started Soccer!!!

Tyler started soccer this past Saturday on the 16Th. He has practices every Thursday and games on Saturdays. He looks so cute in his cleats and uniform. He has a lot of fun, and gets mad because he thinks the kids won't share the ball with him. I told him that in soccer, you have to take the ball and that no one will just give it to him. He still doesn't quite get it, but he will get there. I will keep you all updated on how it's going.

The kids

Here are a couple of pictures of the kids from this month. Tyler and Emma love swimming in their pool. I took the kids to the phoenix children's museum and there was a lot to do there. The kids crawled around in their jungle jim area and then we went to the grocery store where Tyler enjoyed shopping and ringing people up. He was so cute! Emma loves to read and is constantly sitting on the couch reading a book. She's just like her dad! Finally, Tyler learned how to ride his tricycle. He was a little slow but definitely has the hang of it now. He also loves to wear his batman costume while riding. He's such a dork, but gotta love him!

OK everyone! I'm trying this again. I am going to keep this one up, I promise. A lot has happened since my last post, a year ago! Emma turned one in May, Tyler turned 4 in July and I started a new job at O Grace Photography. My new job is great! I get to work from home, make my own schedule and my boss is wonderful. I am her lead album designer, editor and I also get to shoot weddings with her in the fall when the new season starts. Did i mention that O Grace was announced as the top wedding photography company in Arizona this year? And was in the top three for the past two years. The new family pictures you see here were taken by Jen (the owner), she is a genius! We love our pictures so much! Barry returned from Hawaii the beginning of July, he was there for a month. Poor baby! We hope to be able to travel to Texas for thanksgiving to visit Barry's family there. That would be so nice. Well, I think that's all for now, I will be updating my blog regularly I promise! So be on the lookout for new pictures and posts.
